McDonalds Update

Back in April of this year (2008), I did a post entitled Avoiding Businesses for Conscience Sake regarding boycotting businesses which support anti-family causes. At that time, the American Family Association had put out an alert that a high-ranking McDonald's executive had taken a place on the board of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.

I am delighted to report that the American Family Association has announced a lift on their McDonald's ban in light of the resignation of Richard Ellis, former McDonald's vice president of U.S. communications, from the board of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.
